What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?
If the event is postponed, all tickets will be rolled over to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date we will issue a refund up to 30 days before the new event date and 7 days after. In the event of cancellation all tickets will be refunded within 14 days of the event.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed unless they are a service animal.
Is parking included?
Parking is not included, but there is plenty of parking downtown near GoMart Stadium. There are also plenty of hotels within walking distance of the stadium as well.

What's included in the VIP ticket?
The VIP ticket is an all inclusive ticket that will include food and access to a private bar. VIP ticket holders will also have reserved front of stage seating/viewing area. All VIP ticket buyers will also be invited to our INVITE ONLY private VIP party on Friday night. This is a chance to get to meet and greet with the artist of the festival!
Can a weekend pass be used by 1 person on Saturday and 1 person on Sunday?
No, all weekend passes must be used by the same ticket buyer on both days.
